Most services will be professionally prepared including power washing, caulking, scraping and priming prior to any final coats of quality paint.

House Preparation Includes:

1. Power washing surfaces we are going to paint to clean prior to painting
2. Spreading tarps and drop cloths areas to protect them from drips.
3. Covering all all windows, Light fixtures and other areas that will not be painted.
4. Scraping all loose paint and priming bare wood areas.
5. Caulking all gaps where wood meets wood up to 1/4″.
6. Pound any loose nails and drive wood screws where boards are warped.Completing any wood replacement or additional caulking.
7. Cleaning up at the end of each day.

Aluminum Painting
